It Takes Two to Make a Building Go Right with Sara Marko

This week’s Coffee Break guest is an expert in the real estate field.  She knows the building codes and she understands how to make beautiful and functional spaces.

She also knows that it can be difficult and challenging for property owners to effectively communicate their desires to their architect or contractor.  So she will be speaking with us this week to give us tips on how to convey one’s desires for the constructions project – whether it is a small residential project or a mega size multi million dollar commercial project.

During this interview you will learn:

  • What it takes to build a building or do a project
  • How a homeowner can accurately communicate their vision to the architect
  • Demonstrative Stories
