While there are many issues relating to immigration -legality, visas, green cards and more.  In this call, we hear from Guy Menahem who will discuss the various issues which can arise when a U.S. Citizen and a foreign national marry.

Some of the issues that will be addressed during my talk include:

  • The documents and forms to be completed
  • Establishing the good faith of the marriage
  • Impact upon status and the ability to remain in the U.S. in the event that the marriages breaks down

Immigration Attorney Guy Menahem ABOUT GUY MENAHEM, ESQ.Guy Menahem is a graduate of Duke University School of Law.  He is a seasoned and experienced litigator who knows how to successfully advocate on his client’s behalf in both a courtroom and before an administrative agency.  His entire legal career has been in the Immigration field.  Mr. Menahem has appeared before numerous Immigration Courts across the country, and has represented clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Mr. Menahem is an avid linguist, and in addition to his native English, he speaks two dialects of Spanish fluently (Castilian and Ladino).  Mr. Menahem also has strong proficiency in Russian, Modern Hebrew and French.   He has lived on three continents.

Guy is licensed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.  As his practice concentrates entirely in the field of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law, which is controlled by Federal Law, he can represent clients before the Immigration Courts in any state.
